Our free shipping offer will have your merchandise delivered to your garage as long as it is accessible. If you are receiving a Gas Grill ISLAND, it is the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to off-load the island from the Semi-Truck. Islands DO NOT qualify for Garage Delivery. All shipments that require LTL delivery are delivered to your Garage only; packages will not be delivered in the home or up any stairs. In order to qualify for garage delivery the trucking company must be able to get a pallet jack from the end of your driveway to your garage; you must have a paved driveway. If you do not meet these requirements the item will be left at the end of your driveway and it is your responsibility to move the unit from there.

Any "Free Freight" item returned will have the outbound freight charge deducted from the total return. See our Return Policy for more informaiton.
